Reiki Healing Sessions

Reiki is a beautiful, gentle, intelligent energy that is used for healing on all energetic levels. Over time, it can even be used to improve physical ailments.
The word “Reiki” comes from two Japanese words: Rei, meaning “spiritual wisdom” or “higher power,” and Ki (or Chi), meaning “life force energy.” Together, Reiki translates to “spiritually guided life force energy.” In other words, Reiki is a form of divine healing energy that is guided into your body from the intelligence of higher power.
During a session, you might feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply a deep sense of calm. Each experience is unique, and your body will always take in exactly what it needs in that moment — even if the effects unfold slowly over time. Reiki can never cause harm, and it can be used to support a wide range of intentions.
In-Person Reiki
60-minutes | $77
An in-person Reiki session where I will either come to your home or we may meet at a peaceful nature location such as the beach or a private park of your choice. Plan for a full hour of undisturbed time. Each session includes time before and after to connect, guided meditation, peaceful music, and burning sage + palo santo for cleansing (unless otherwise specified). Please provide your preferred setup, such as a bed, couch, or cozy floor space with pillows and blankets.
Distance Reiki (Telehealth)
60-minutes | $77
A remote Reiki session via Google Meet or Zoom, beginning with a brief check-in to connect and set intentions. Please plan for one hour of uninterrupted time to fully receive. You’ll rest comfortably in your own space — bed, couch, or cozy floor setup — while I channel Reiki to you from a distance. Feel free to create a calming environment with candles, incense, or anything that helps you relax. I will provide peaceful music and a gentle guided meditation to support your experience.
Chakra-Centered Reiki
30-minutes | $55
A shorter Reiki session focused solely on clearing and balancing the seven major chakras using intuitive energy work. Plan for 30 minutes to receive. Can be done in-person, or virtually.
Couple’s Reiki
75-minutes | $155
Couples Reiki is a beautiful way to reconnect, release tension, and share a grounding, restorative experience together. Both partners receive energy healing in a shared, supportive space. I will come to your home or we may meet at a peaceful nature location such as the beach or a quiet park of your choice. Sessions take place on a cozy floor setup with pillows and blankets so I can work with both partners together. Plan for about 75 minutes of undisturbed time.
