Through a blend of guided meditation, intention setting, and gentle exploration of chakras, breath, and energy, you’ll be supported in regulating your nervous system, opening your energy, and deepening your connection to yourself. Reiki is woven throughout to enhance relaxation and integration, with a restorative closing to help you fully settle, soften, and receive.
Who am I?
Hi, I’m Desiree! I’m a certified Level II Holy Fire® III Usui Reiki Practitioner based in Culver City. I offer Reiki sessions both in person and at a distance, and I facilitate Chakra meditation experiences in West LA.
For the past eight years, I’ve been deeply devoted to my own healing and spiritual journey. My work is rooted in trauma-informed psychology, nervous system and somatic healing, meditation, chakra work, and intuitive energy practices.
My sessions blend traditional Reiki with intuitive guidance, creating a calm and supportive space where your body and energy can relax, release, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.
